Ray Ward

Ray Ward obtained a BSc Hons. Production Engineering & Management in 1977,
but chose to follow a sales career and joined Xerox as a graduate sales trainee.
Ray spent eleven successful years with Xerox in a variety of Sales,
Management and Training roles. He won many accolades along the way and he was
latterly responsible for all Xerox Sales Training in Scotland.
After Xerox, Ray spent a year with a major Search & Selection firm before starting
his own consulting business in 1990, specialising in assessment and selection of senior
sales professionals, senior technical people and general management personnel up to managing director level.
